Founder & Chief Data Scientist

Josh Patchus is a seasoned data scientist with a passion for using data to drive business strategy and improve customer experiences. Before founding PXY Data, he served as the Chief Data Scientist at Cava, where he built a data-driven culture and leveraged analytics to enhance operations and guest engagement. His background includes roles at consumer technology companies and a strong foundation in statistics, holding both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in the field from George Washington University. Josh is known for his ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, bridging the gap between technical analysis and strategic decision-making.
